Manual harvest, on the last week of October.

Winemaking
After the manual harvest of the clusters of grapes, grapes are gently stalked and, without using any kind of pump, the clusters fall for graveness into the stainless steel fermentation tank. Daily pumping-over processes take place for 4 weeks, with a fermentation under a controlled temperature of 28-30ºC. After the must has been drained, the manual pressing takes place, treading the grapes so as to obtain the greatest amount of wine on a natural way.
Ageing

12 months in new French oak barrels (100%). Bottled in May 2013.

Variety

100% tempranillo
